Especially helpful for those of us with back and hip sensitivities. Props needed: a bare wall. Optional: 2 blocks, 2 blankets or bath towels. 51 minutes. Donations greatly appreciated.
Although I really miss attending Julie's classes in person, it truly has been a blessing to have the ability to practice with her remotely. She is an excellent teacher who has challenged me as well as supported me. She is energetic, enthusiastic and welcoming. I look forward to the time when we can get together in the same room again but until then, I look forward to grabbing my mat and laptop and joining Julie in a remote practice! Jennifer M.
